- Note: Lactating dairy cattle must comply with the H5N1 testing requirements of this certificate, and must be listed on the "Addendum for Lactating Dairy Cattle" below. This addendum is required to be signed by the USDA-Accredited Veterinarian and uploaded for APHIS endorsement along with the export health certificate. When submitting the certificate for "Cattle - Females/Immature Males" in VEHCS for a shipment containing lactating dairy cattle, please select the Commodity Type "Cattle (including Lactating Dairy)".

If your species is not listed, the requirements for that species are not known. Exporters who want to ship livestock or germplasm whose requirements are not listed above should have the importer or buyer in the destination country apply for an import permit at the appropriate ministry. This import permit will most likely outline the specific requirements.
