Note: After arrival, the cattle will be retested for brucellosis, tuberculosis, bluetongue (ELISA), leptospirosis, trypanosomiasis, babesiosis, anaplasmosis, and will receive vaccinations for foot and mouth disease and pasteurellosis
Vietnam's Department of Animal Health and Production (DAHP) confirms they accept the VS Form 17-6, Certificate for Poultry or Hatching Eggs for Export, may be used for the export of U.S. poultry, day-old chicks and hatching eggs to Vietnam, with no additional certification statements in Item 13. "Remarks or Additional Information" of the certificate.

If your species is not listed, the requirements for that species are not known. Exporters who want to ship livestock or germplasm whose requirements are not listed above should have the importer or buyer in the destination country apply for an import permit at the appropriate ministry. This import permit will most likely outline the specific requirements.
